On Friday, we're having a Halloween potluck at work. I was checking the list to see what others were bringing, and under "Vegetables," someone put "Mac & Cheese."
I didn't know mac & cheese was a vegetable! Oh, that's right, in the South, it is. No wonder Alabama is going to institute a "Fat Tax" for their overweight state employees (which I don't agree with, but still).
